C4CNLCFL CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES
C4CCFL Chapter Membership GUIDELINES
Greetings and welcome to our C4CCFL Guidelines. Please keep in mind that these guidelines are put in place by Canines for Christ and C4CCFL for you and especially your dog's safety first, and also to make your therapy dog journey the best it can be.

We suggest completing the required guidelines BEFORE you fill out our C4CCFL Request for Membership form.
We look forward to serving with you and your doggo in the future!
Guidelines of how to Become a Member of
Canines for Christ CENTRAL FLORIDA Chapter
To join our C4CCFL Chapter you will need to adhere to the following guidelines
before filling out the C4CCFL Membership Request Form
1) REQUIRED FOR MEMBERSHIP:
VIEW & READ the Canines For Christ Therapy Dog Ministry Statement of Beliefs
You may do so by visiting: C4C Statement of Beliefs
2) REQUIRED FOR MEMBERSHIP:
JOIN Canines for Christ Therapy Dog Ministry
You may do so by visiting: C4C Membership
=Membership Fees Required=
You do not need to be a dog owner to become a member of
Canines for Christ Therapy Dog Ministry
or our C4CCFL Chapter
3) REQUIRED FOR MAKING VISITS BUT NOT REQUIRED FOR C4CCFL MEMBERSHIP:
Your doggo(s) needs to be certified as a Therapy Dog to participate in therapy dog services.
You may still join our Chapter while you're working on achieving this goal, but your doggo will not be allowed to make therapy visits until they are fully certified.
Certification can be achieved through:
Alliance of Therapy Dogs (ATD) or the
AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Program.
If you need assistance with this please reach out to us by email only at: C4CCFL@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you with getting your fur baby trained and/or certified.
4) REQUIRED UPON ACCEPTANCE OF C4CCFL MEMBERSHIP:
We follow the Canines For Christ Therapy Dog Ministry Visit Guidelines.
