Lady Violet's Favorite Smoothies
All of Lady Violet's Favorite Smoothies contain the following:

1 Hass Avacado

1 Banana
-
1 Handful Fresh Fruit (See Favorite Flavors below)

1 Individual Serving of Yogurt (See Favorite Flavors below)

1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
-
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Powder
-
1 Tablespoon Flax Seed (optional)
Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Pour and ENJOY!
Lady Violet's Best Smoothie Tips:

Always use fresh fruit
-
Always clean and freeze your fresh fruit (avacados excluded) so you don't need ice. (That way you won't water down your smoothie with ice cubes)

Freeze your clean fresh fruit in separate baggies - this makes it easy to grab n' get going!

Peel, hunk, put in a baggie, and freeze each banana separately - easy to grab n' get going!

Use Low Fat Yogurt for a healthier treat
-
When blending, use short intermittent bursts of power on your blender
-
Once it sounds like all frozen fruit is blended, turn blender on to a medium speed and allow to blend until smooth and creamy
